Ever since I first heard that stupid song "Crank Dat (Soulja Boy)" I knew that the world was nearing its end. We've had some pretty stupid dance/songs. The hokey pokey, achy breaky heart, the macarena etc. But "Crank Dat" was a new low. The song's lyrics were LITERALLY gibber gabber. They had no meaning, and he made up a dance that looked like something a 5-year-old on a sugar rush came up with. The worst part was that everyone in America loved it. You had 50-year-old, grown-ass men doing the Soulja Boy dance in the office break room and posting it up on YouTube. Shamelessness, thy name is Soulja Boy.
Well, finally, somebody is willing to stand up to the foolishness that is Soulja Boy. A 12-year-old boy was arrested for throwing a rock through the windshield of Soulja Boy's bus this past week. Crank dat, Soula Boy. It's a shame the boy was arrested, I say give the kid a medal. Def Soundz has the report.
