Fall Out Boy are putting out a live CD and on their album, or rather their show, they do a cover Michael Jackson's "Beat It." This is pretty much a no-brainer for most rock bands. The song is already essentially a rock with a little beat so it's not as much of a leap as Chris Cornell covering "Billie Jean." What Fall Out Boy needs to do is try to cover Michael's underrated gem "Remember The Time." Just leave Eddie Murphy and Magic Johnson out of the video if you do, guys.

I have to warn Fall Out Boy though. This could be an omen. The last rock band to cover Michael Jackson hasn't been heard from since. Yeah, I'm talking about Alien Ant Farm. You remember them? Of course not.
