Shakira cares about el mundo and she's all about attaching her name to a good cause. Señora Ms. Hips Don't Lie was in Washington D.C. today, urging lawmakers to pass the Education for All Act. This act would fund an international effort to provide education to all children worldwide. Call it, Universal Mindcare.
