1) Weezy shows off his story-telling skills, even if it is about a raunchy, porn-like fantasy with an, apparently, married (that's what the R in Mrs. indicates, though I doubt Lil' Wayne knows that) police officer.
2) Weezy sounds high out of his mind, especially when he keeps repeating, "Beat it like a cop, Rodney King baby, yeah I beat it like a cop" in that strange troll-like voice, followed by his crackish chuckle. It's nice to know that in America, even the mentally-damaged can still succeed.
3) It makes Bobby Valentino relevant again! Bobby is underrated, ya'll. And he makes sweet love to your ear on this track.
4) It combines penetration with a line about angels. "When I get up all in ya, we can hear the angels calling us....And when I'm in that thang, I make your body sang." Sacrilege rocks.
5) "Weeee-ooooo-weeeee-ooooo-weeeeeee, weeeee-oooooo-weeee-oooo-weeeee, weeeee-ooooo-weeeee-ooooo-weeeee, like a cop car!"
