Somebody's got some 'splainin' to do! Those pesky, meddling kids over at TMZ have unearthed this photo of Taylor Swift happily posing next to a doofus with a swastika splattered on his shirt at Katy Perry's recent birthday party. Kanye West can now breathe easier for a little while because Little Miss Sweetheart just got her image slightly tainted. Now in any future interviews, if Kanye is asked about the mic snatch he can just hold up this picture and say, "Taylor Swift loves Nazis." That'll shake those monkeys off his back.
But really though, how will Taylor explain this one away? Maybe she can just say that her on-the-road tutor hasn't yet gotten to the part in the history books about World War II, Hitler, the Holocaust and the Nazis, so she just thought it was, like, some cool artistic symbol associated with "New Moon"?
In all likelihood, this will be a media firestorm that Taylor Swift will undoubtedly weather. After all, Prince Harry has weathered his swast-roversy just fine. It's unlikely that anyone believes Taylor Swift is really a Nazi sympathizer. But like Kanye, she will soon learn the lesson of how one small wrong move can make for a PR minefield.
