The title of the song "Where Have You Been?" talks about Rihanna stumbling upon a man who rocks her world, leaving her to wonder why such a divine creature has been absent from her life for so long.
The same question can be posed now to video director Dave Meyers, he of Pink and Missy Elliott fame, who delivers one of Rihanna's most scintillating videos ever.
Unlike "Please Don't Stop The Music," here Rihanna gets to work on the dance floor. The choreography is sexy, Caribbean and well within Rihanna's comfort level. Dancing is not Rihanna's forte but she pulled off the moves in this video remarkably. Hats off to all involved.

Blazing and amazing. Meyers' imagination created an globetrotting series of vignettes that cast Rihanna as a hunter, a seductress and a goddess. Rihanna was presented as a powerful being, but the song found her surrendering her power for love and affection.
The sex factor was just right. Her topless scenes teased but didn't reveal too much but the sexiest scenes were in the jungle room setup. Surrounded by lithe female dancers, Rihanna stomped, arched and gyrated like her ass was on fire. Jane of the Jungle ain't got nothin' on RiRi. Wild thing.
More of this please, Rihanna. Rehearsal time and choreography do a Bajan girl good.
